NOTES / DISCLAIMERS
- We are not responsible for any colour runs caused by mixed clothing, pens etc in clothing etc.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the clothes given to us for wash/dry/iron are suitable for that service.
- If you want whites/delicates washed separately then please give them to us in a separate bag and inform us of same.
- We need a deposit for any DUVET given for cleaning
- Please check all pockets for pens etc as we are not responsible for damage caused by same.
- We clean all garments with sequins/ other attachments entirely at owners risk as we cannot guarantee that they won't melt or detach.
- We clean all CURTAINS at owner's risk as there may be shrinkage/ loss of colour
- All items given to us for any service will be held for only 3 MONTHS and after this date may be donated to charity
- If you have lost your ticket you may not be given the goods without management being happy that proof ID was sufficient.
